I can't stop watching. Tanks, tear gas, curfews, arrests. Last night, 78 people were arrested. Of the 78, all but three were arrested for refusing to disperse. And now just learning that another young man, 23 years old, brandishing a knife has just been gunned down and killed by two officers. If you haven't been watching, it's time to take notice. The events in Ferguson, although sparked by the death of Michael Brown, are a result of long standing racial tension and oppression. This could be any town.
